An initial consultation with Dr Ismail is £290. They usually last about half an hour, but this will depend on the treatment you require and your personal circumstances.
At the moment, the only way to book an appointment with us is by phone. Our number is 020 7935 5540 and we generally answer calls at any hour of the day, not just during standard office hours.
When you arrive, we will give you a patient registration form to fill out with your details. You will then meet with the Doctor and discuss any problems that you are having, and what treatments are appropriate.
At Queen’s Clinic we are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm. This means that appointments can often be booked for the next day, or even sometimes later on in the same day.
Cancelling or changing an appointment is absolutely free and can be done over the phone. We will make every effort to book a new appointment date and time that suits you.
We cannot give an estimate for how much the treatment will cost, until it is confirmed during your consultation. This is because all treatments are tailored to your personal circumstances by Dr Ismail. We apologise for any inconvinience this may cause.
We do not offer free follow-up consultations. Any consultation you have with the Doctor, whether before, during or after treatment, is £290.
You can pay using cash, credit card, debit card, American Express or international cards. Payment is taken after your consultation, unlss you are having an operation, in which case payment is taken in advance.
The majority of our patients can have their treatments and even surgical procedures at the Clinic, without the need for a hospital visit. However, for some extensive gynaelogical procedures (such as a hymen reconstruction under general anaesthetic or a surgical pregnancy termination) it is necessary to go to hospital. Queen’s Clinic are partnered with Wellington Hospital and Portland Hospital for these cases.
Queen’s Clinic is a private healthcare clinic, meaning our treatments do not come under the NHS and are paid for by the patient. However, we do accept private health insurance providers.
You will need to book an appointment with us in the morning, and be available to return to the Clinic 5-6 hours later in the afternoon. Let us know when you book the appointment so that we can ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible for you.
